We encourage every client to let us set up a private and secure connection to their system – a VPN (Virtual Private Network). This lets us connect as soon as we hear about any problem and start fixing it. Often issues can be resolved within minutes of your phone call to us or your email.
And you always speak with a person, usually the designer of your software. There is no phone tree here.
You pay nothing extra for this support during normal business hours. If you want us to provide guaranteed support outside those hours, we can prepare a proposal to meet your needs.
